Returns & Exchanges

All Returns must be authorised by Outside the Bubble via email prior to returning Goods. Please read Our Returns Policy below before completing the Returns Form at the bottom of this page.

 

Refund Policy

Within 14 days of receipt, Goods will be eligible for a refund if they are found to be defective or not as described. Returns for change of mind will also be accepted, but will receive store credit for future purchases instead of a refund. In either case, Your item for return must be unused, unworn and unmarked; and in the same condition that You received it, with all original tags attached and accompanied by the original product packaging (such as presentation box or pouch) where applicable, also in its original condition.

 

Exchange Policy

Within 14 days of receipt, Goods may be returned for exchange where the item is found to be defective, incorrectly described or where a different size is required. Exchanges for change of mind will also be accepted. Your item for return must be unused, unworn and unmarked; and in the same condition that You received it, with all original tags attached and accompanied by the original product packaging (such as presentation box or pouch) where applicable, also in its original condition. Exchange is dependent on stock availability and at Our sole discretion. We reserve the right to offer a refund if the item You request is not available.

 

Returns Procedure

 

To return an item

 

1/ Before making Your request, please ensure that Your item is unused, unworn, unmarked and in the same condition that You received it, with all the original tags attached and accompanied by the original product packaging (such as presentation box or pouch) where applicable, also in its original condition.

 

2/ Please fill in Our Returns Form below, then submit a photo in a separate email to info@outsidethebubble.com.au, highlighting the damage, so that We may authorise the return before You post the Goods. If your Return request is approved, You will receive a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) via email from Outside the Bubble confirming the return. 

 

3/ After You have received an email authorising the return of the item, please ship it back to Us in a suitably sturdy shipper, similar to the one You received it in. It's important to protect the Goods in transit, along with Your proof of purchase (such as Your invoice from Outside the Bubble), to:

When We Will Not Accept a Return

All returns must meet the criteria above. In addition:

- When returning an item, please use registered mail with a tracking service and consider purchasing additional shipping insurance. If the item is not received by Outside the Bubble, a refund/exchange cannot be processed. 
- If the returned item is received in a damaged condition further to any defect reported (such as damaged in transit with a courier or mail service), we may offer a partial refund based on the level of additional damage, or in cases where the item is beyond repair, refuse the refund. (Tracking and insurance can be purchased from Australia Post for a small fee when sending Goods within Australia. If you are outside of Australia, please check these fees with your local postal service or carrier).

- Due to Australian health regulations, earrings for pierced ears and intimate apparel may not be returned.

  

Shipping Costs for Returns

We will fully refund the cost of Your return shipping via registered mail for any faulty goods or goods not as described.

For change of mind, customers pay the registered post fees

(Shipping insurance is optional and is not eligible for refund). 

 

Refund Processing

Once Your return is received and inspected, We will send You an email to notify You of the status of Your return. If a refund is approved on a faulty item or where Goods were not as described, a credit for Your purchase amount and shipping costs via registered mail will be applied to the account where the payment originated (for example a Paypal payment will go back to Your Paypal account, or credit card payment will go back to Your credit card account) within 21 days of Our confirmation of the refund (the day you receive Your RAN on email).

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If, after 21 days from the receipt of Your refund approval email, Your funds have not appeared in Your account, please first contact Your bank to check if the payment is still pending in their system. If there is no payment pending, please contact Outside the Bubble at info@outsidethebubble.com.au to advise Us that You have not yet received Your refund.

 

Exchange Processing

Once Your return is received and inspected, We will send You an email to notify You of the status of Your exchange. If an exchange is approved and the product is in stock, You will receive Your replacement item via Skippy Post Economy Air Mail. If you prefer to receive it via Express Post, please email us at info@outsidethebubble.com.au  and we'll calculate a quote for shipping to your location.

If the item is not in stock, You will be notified via email and offered a refund or, where available, You may elect to take a ‘back order’, whereby You will receive the replacement item once the product is in stock once again. (This will not apply to discontinued items). Where You have chosen to take a different size, the cost of shipping the Goods to Us will not be refunded, however We will ship the replacement to you free of charge. Where the item for exchange is faulty, we will fully refund your shipping fees via registered mail. Shipping insurance is optional and is not eligible for refund.
