METHODS OF PAYMENT

We use SecurePay (a business of Australia Post) and PayPal to process our payments. SecurePay accepts Visa, Mastercard, Diners Card and American Express. All payments are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and no tax/GST is payable.

PAYMENT SECURITY

SecurePay processes payments made through this site (except where PayPal is elected as the payment method, in which case PayPal processes the payment). Both providers employ industry-leading security measures to keep your data secure.

CHECKOUT 

Always check the number and type of goods in your shopping cart to ensure your order is accurate before making a payment. If you have cookies enabled, your selections will stay in your shopping cart between visits to our site, so please double check your final selections before proceeding to the payment page. (Please note that although items remain in your cart between visits to our Website, they are not ‘reserved’ for your purchase, so there is no guarantee that the item will be available when you return to the site). To remove items from your shopping cart, just click ‘remove’ on the checkout page, next to the items you want to delete.

POSTAGE & HANDLING FEES

Postage and handling fees are calculated after you enter your address on the ‘Customer Information’ page at checkout. Click on ‘Continue to Shipping Method’ and the shipping fee will appear under the products’ subtotal. After the shipping fee is calculated, You have the option to ‘Return to cart’ to go back to the website and keep shopping or empty your cart; or you can continue with your purchase by clicking on 'Continue to Payment Method'. From time to time, Outside the Bubble will offer free or special delivery through promotions.

TAX POLICY

You don't pay any tax/GST through Outside the Bubble. We are not currently registered for GST, therefore no tax/GST is applicable. HOWEVER PLEASE NOTE:

IF YOU ARE ORDERING FROM OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA, ALTHOUGH YOUR PURCHASE FROM OUR WEBSITE IS TAX FREE, THE PRODUCTS MAY BE SUBJECT TO DUTIES AND TAXES FROM THE CUSTOMS DEPARTMENT IN YOUR COUNTRY OF DELIVERY. ANY SUCH DUTIES OR TAXES INCURRED ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE DELIVERY RECIPIENT. PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR LOCAL CUSTOMS DEPARTMENT IF YOU ARE IN DOUBT.

PROOF OF PURCHASE

You will receive a confirmation of your order via email. Please retain this receipt as proof of purchase.

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

DELIVERY AREAS & TIME FRAMES

For deliveries within Australia, We use Australia Post. Taking into account order processing and packaging time, for metropolitan areas: most Regular Parcel Post items should be delivered between 3-7 business days; Express Post should be delivered between 1-4 days.

If You live outside of the metropolitan area, please check the Australia Post website for delivery times to Your area (Auspost Domestic Deliveries) and add 1-2 days for order processing. Should your parcel not arrive within a reasonable time frame, as outlined above, please contact Outside the Bubble for further information using Our Contact Us form. 

From time to time, Outside the Bubble may not be able to achieve the abovementioned delivery times. You acknowledge and agree that: (i) Outside the Bubble cannot guarantee that delivery will occur within the delivery time frames specified above (and those timeframes specified within the Australia Post weblinks);
 (ii) delivery time frames may change due to unforeseen circumstances; and
 (iii) Outside the Bubble is not liable for any damage, loss, expense or injury to You or any third party as a result of a delay in delivery or a change to the delivery times.

 

PO BOXES AND REDIRECTIONS

Please note that We do not accept PO Box addresses for deliveries, so please provide a physical address and ensure it is entered correctly as we are unable to redirect deliveries once they have been dispatched.

 

LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS

Should Your parcel not arrive within a reasonable time frame, as outlined above, please contact Outside the Bubble for further information, using our Contact Us form, or email info@outsidethebubble.com.au, with the subject heading. 'Late Mail'.

If the goods arrive damaged, please note this on your delivery card from Australia Post/Skippy Post or the courier provider, and then follow our Returns procedure, outlined in our Returns Policy available from our homepage.

 

SPLIT DELIVERIES

Currently We don’t offer split deliveries on a single order. If you wish to deliver to more than one address, please make two separate orders.

PAYMENTS 

A choice of currency is offered on the website to give approximate price equivalents, however these are only estimates and should be used only as a guide. The final price of the goods including shipping will be shown in Australian Dollars at checkout after you have entered your address details (shipping cost is determined by your postal location). You may cancel the order before submitting your payment details, just click on the Outside the Bubble logo to go back to the homepage.

Your payment will be processed in Australian Dollars, so please note that the total cost of your order may vary depending on your payment provider’s individual fees and conversion/exchange rates. 

These payments exclude GST, as no GST is payable.

For deliveries to New Zealand, We use Australia Post Air Mail and Registered Post. Air Mail items and Registered Post items should be delivered between 3-10 working days to metro areas of major cities. Please add up to 7 days if you live outside the metropolitan area.

 

U.S.A/CANADA:

For deliveries to North America, We use Skippy Post Economy Air Mail, Australia Post Air Mail and Express Post. Skippy Post Economy Air Mail, as our most economical option, should take between 10-20 business days. Australia Post Air Mail items should be delivered between 7-14 working days to metro areas of major cities. Express Post items should be delivered between 3-10 working days. Please add up to 7 days to the times above if you live outside the metropolitan area. Should your parcel not arrive within a reasonable time frame, as outlined above, please contact Outside the Bubble for further information using Our Contact Us form. 

 

EUROPE (FRANCE, GERMANY, IRELAND, ITALY, NETHERLANDS, NORWAY, SPAIN, SWEDEN, SWITZERLAND, U.K.):

For deliveries to Europe, We use Skippy Post Economy Air Mail (and Australia Post Air Mail on request). Skippy Post Economy Air Mail should be delivered between 12-24 business days. Australia Post Air Mail items should be delivered between 7-14 working days. Please add up to 7 days if you live outside the metro area. If You wish to use the Australia Post Air Mail service, please contact us for a quote via Our Contact Us form. Should your parcel not arrive within a reasonable time frame, as outlined above, please contact Outside the Bubble for further information using Our Contact Us form. 

 

INDIA:

For deliveries to India, We use Australia Post Registered Mail for orders up to 2kg. Registered Mail items should be delivered within 7-14 working days to metro areas of major cities. For orders over 2kg we use Skippy Post Economy Air Mail. These orders should take between 12-24 days to be delivered. Please add up to 7 days if you live outside the metropolitan area. If you wish to use an Express postal service, please contact us for a quote via our Contact Us form. Should your parcel not arrive within a reasonable time frame, as outlined above, please contact Outside the Bubble for further information using Our Contact Us form. 

 

MALAYSIA/SINGAPORE:

For deliveries to Malaysia and Singapore, We use Skippy Economy Air Mail and AusPost Registered Post. Skippy Economy Air Mail items should be delivered within 6-18 working days to metro areas of major cities. AusPost Registered Post should be delivered within 3-10 business days. Please add up to 7 days if you live outside the metropolitan area. If you wish to use an Express postal service, please contact us for a quote via our Contact Us form. Should your parcel not arrive within a reasonable time frame, as outlined above, please contact Outside the Bubble for further information using Our Contact Us form.  

 

REST OF WORLD (ROW):

For deliveries to major cities in all other countries, We use Skippy Post Economy Air Mail. Items should be delivered within 6-24 working days to metro areas of major cities. Please add up to 10 days if you live outside the metropolitan area. If you live in a regional area, please let us know via Our Contact Us form and we will provide an estimate for the cost and date of delivery. For Australia Post Air Mail/ Express postal service, please contact us for a quote via our Contact Us form. CUSTOMS DUTIES / RESTRICTIONS / PERMITS

Please check with your local Customs office prior to purchase to find out if you are subject to import restrictions, duties, Customs excise and/or brokerage fees on your order, as you are responsible for these costs when the goods arrive in your country. Please ensure you have all the necessary clearance and paperwork to accept the order prior to delivery.
